This has been my favorite buffalo wild wings, the staff are very attentive and friendly. My regular server is Elena and she's the best.

I mean, it's Buffalo Wild Wings. Please don't come here expecting anything else, and I promise you won't be disappointed. There was a huge table next to us, like over 20 people in the party, but our apps came out quickly, as did our drinks. Our entrees (wings), were a bit slower to arrive, as it seems the large party next to us had ordered just before we did, so they got served first. Which makes sense, they ordered first, they get served first, and it's gonna take longer than usual cuz it's a huge tabletop. What I didn't like tho is that half my wings came out cold. After a long wait I was at least expecting my food to be hot, and to be honest half were. Looks like my wings were fried in batches instead of all at once. Again, understandable. I did make a comment to the waitress about the cold wings, and she immediately brought the manager over to make the situation better. I genuinely wasn't expecting anything, but the manager was nice and tried to make amends. Consider the cold wings: Amended. Hes a great manager and seems to care about the experience his customers have - which is nice. Hence the 5 stars. The waitress was also genuinely good at her job. She was attentive with drinks and everything else came out quickly. I felt bad about making a fuss, so I tipped generously, both to show that I appreciated their rectification of the mistake, and to show that I had no grudge with them. 10/10 would recommend. Also, everything they have is fried in beef tallow, meaning no seed oils. Super big plus, in my book. Thanks B-Dub-Dub. I'll be back.

Just came in to do their 6 for $20 deal. This is not the closest BWW to me, but it has way better service than the one in Monterey Park. We got two burgers, two fries and two drinks for $20. This was my first time getting a burger from BWW. It has two patties but they weren't so thick it would make you sick. I think I could have gone with one patty but not too bad. We had a really great server, Arthur. Even though we got confused by the food that came out and kitchen messed up our order, he knew our order very well and tried to correct it quick. He was also great at checking back in with us. One of the more excellent services I've had in a while that warrants a 5 star from me. Thanks Arthur! Parking: small lot. Good luck. TVs? Yes. It's been a long time, I have been at this Buffalo Wild Wings in Pasadena. My wife and I came to celebrate National Cheeseburger day they have BOGO because National Cheeseburger day. When we got they're not much a crowd in the restaurant we came in a perfect time we got seated right away. We order our drink we notice they a deal called the Burger Bundle comes with All American burger, four boneless wings and season tater Tots. My wife got the double Cheeseburger with Buffalo style Tots and I order their new burger it's called bacon mac n cheese burger with fries. The waitess brought our burgers they look good especially the bacon mac n cheese burger. I took a bite my mine was blow away with so much flavors in burger. The flavors were very intense especially the bacon mac n cheese those combining together plus the other cheese with two beef Patty make this burger the best and juicy. The fries were very good season very well. My wife enjoy her Double Cheeseburger very much she so enjoy her Buffalo Tots with chicken. Our waitress was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable what new items and deal and staff were also friendly.
